After the birth of a baby, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. That's why we created Mamas Meals , a comprehensive postpartum meal delivery service that takes care of everything you need for the first two weeks after the birth of your baby. We include nourishing breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and bone broths for both Parents, so you can focus on bonding with your little one and recovering your strength.

Seedy Quinoa Porridge With Nut Butter and Seasonal Stewed Fruits.    gf, df

Warm cinnamon quinoa Porridge Cooked in Coconut milk and sweetened with agave. Finished with mixed seeds and ground flax and topped with seasonal stewed fruit and nut butter.   

 Nutty Cranberry Granola Bowl with Greek Yogurt. 

Our Granola is Packed full of our favourite nuts and seeds, baked in a coconut oil, agave and collagen peptide mixture and finished with shredded coconut and dried cranberries. Served with greek yogurt and stewed berries.

Overnight Chia Oats.    df

Oats and chia seeds soaked in a gently sweetened vegan milk, and an ever changing seasonal flavour. This week is Pear and Pistachio. 

Sweet Potato Pancakes With Mascarpone.    gf

Sweet Potato Pancakes made with warming spices and served with a maple mascarpone is a delicious comforting way to start your day. Gf

Cinnamon Oat and Flax Banana Pancakes.   df

Pancakes made with a base of oats, flax, eggs and banana, enjoy hot with a drizzle of agave or cold straight from the fridge.

 Chicken, Bean and Kale Lemon Stew.    gf

A comforting warming stew, made with bio chicken, white beans, kale and zesty lemon. Topped with yogurt and toasted breadcrumbs, a comforting warming lunch and one of our favourites. 

Kedgeree. gf

Kedgeree is a comforting curried rice dish with flaked fish. Using Bio butter and a mixture of Bio white fish, smoked fish and added turmeric this warming comforting bowl is packed full of all the good stuff. 

Tahini Lamb Meatballs With Brown Rice, Roasted Cabbage,  Hummus and pickled Onions.  gf df

Our flavoursome meatballs are made with Bio ground lamb and packed full of comforting herbs and spices, served with nutritious brown rice, our tahini roasted cabbage, our homemade hummus and topped with quick pickled onion for the perfect meal. gf df

Lentil and Cauliflower Curry.   gf  df  v

Lentils slowly cooked in a tumeric curried coconut broth, with roasted cauliflower, cashews and finished with some plump sultanas served with brown rice V, GF, DF

Slow Cooked Lamb Curry.   gf df

Slow cooked bio lamb in a comforting mild curried sauce served with cashews and brown rice.  

Tofu and Sweet Potato Cashew Curry.   gf df v

Our favourite veggie mild curry, packed full of flavour and comfort, finished with cashews and brown rice.

Lemon Chicken with Orzo and Spinach.

Slow cooked bio chicken legs in a lemony brothy sauce, finished with spinach and feta and served with orzo

Warming ginger lentil soup with tumeric and packed full of flavour, finished with spiced cashews

Tuscan Bean Soup.   gf, df, v

A hearty tuscan bean soup, that is warming, comforting and packed full of goodness. 

Beef Bone Broth Noodle Soup.   df

A bone broth made from organic beef bones, over noodles, tofu and spinach and served with a sesame oil soy sauce and fresh coriander 

Slow cooked beef and shallot greek stew with Orzo.   gf, df

One of our favourite meals at home, a rich comforting stew with slow cooked bio beef and served over Orzo (substitute for rice if gf)

Chicken Apple and Cider Stew.

This stew was the meal I ate the day before my wedding, it is warming, comforting and utterly delicious. Served with over smashed potatoes and made with bio chicken, sweet and savoury, a true family favourite.

Mushroom and Lentil lasagne 

Creamy mushroom and lentil lasagne, with spinach and a white sauce, a delicious comforting meal.

Spiced Chickpea Peanut and Courgette Burger.

A delicious vegetarian patty packed full of flavour and served with a lime and jalapeno mayo, grilled pineapple and avocado on a burger bun and with sweet potato wedges.
Lactation cookies.

These cookies are the ultimate breastfeeding snack, filling, delicious, quick to grab and full of beneficial ingredients like, flax, brewers yeast and oats.

Date, Oat and Peanut Choc Chip Energy Balls.  df, gf

Another great, quick, filling but delicious snack to grab while you're feeding.

'Snickers' Date bar.  df, gf

Inspired by the snickers bar, this heathy version with a date caramel and oat base, topped with peanuts and coated with dark chocolate is the perfect snack to have with your cup of tea.

A granola bar in the perfect one handed bite size pieces for a handy feeding time snack.

Beef/ Chicken Bone Broth.  df, gf

Bone broth slowly cooked using bio bones and vegetables. Bone broth is an excellent source of nutrients, hydration and electrolytes for milk supply. Sip yours throughout the day as a warming delicious drink or use some to heat up your rice or add to any sauces for added nutrients
